Mayo Law is hiring a Social Media Sales Development Representative (SDR).
The role
The Social Media SDR manages social media engagement and outbound business development for Mayo Law.
What you will do
- Manage content and engagement across the firm's social media channels
- Build the firm's presence in relevant online communities
- Create branded content for social media platforms
- Conduct outbound outreach to business owners and founders
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records
- Prepare weekly activity and performance reports
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years in social media, community, appointment-setting or SDR roles
- Experience working with US or Canadian clients
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with social media management platforms
- Commitment to strict confidentiality
- Home office with backup internet and power
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
