- Legal InternRemote, US and Canada · Internship · Minimum wage or academic creditRemote internship supporting our legal team with research, drafting and client matters in immigration, citizenship and business law.

Joseph Mayo
Principal Attorney
Joseph leads the firm as principal attorney. He is licensed as a lawyer in Ontario and admitted to practice law in New York. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law, with a specialty in international business, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in law and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in business from Netanya Academic College. He has worked at the New York County District Attorney's Office and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Roger is the firm's law clerk and Chief Operations Officer. He works across both offices on the firm's operations and on cross-border business and investor immigration files.
